Alexander, the owner and CEO, was on site throughout the job, start to finish, was approachable, easy to talk to, professional and personable in attitude and manner. The job, re-sealing two flat roofs using the torch down system, minor downspout repair, adding flashing and some chimney grouting where needed, started on time and finished a little earlier than expected per the contract we agreed upon. I paid Bob Shaw 50% down on a roof replacement job in October of 2018. Despite his assurances, by May of 2020 he had still made no effort to do the job. Because of ongoing water leaks, I had no choice but to hire another company to replace the roof. Completely dishonest operation.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We had a leak on our roof. With an anove average price, he “repaired” the leak. It did not even last 2 years. After assessing the leak, Bob said the leak had nothing to do with his work. (B/c he didn’t fix it the first time). Bob was asked to give us a quote to repair the “so called” new leak and after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls, we have not recieved the estimate.
