Very compassionate and down to earth. Willing to see pet immediately in emergencies. Family owned amd operated.
They're good and kind to the animals from what I have seen my only complaints are the price points for certain things its a little much but what isn't nowadays
Been going to Shaws since they opened and staff have been great and always reasonable with cost and work they do.
Amazing staff, super helpful and understanding. 100% recommend.
