I am absolutely blown away. This is not the first time buying a house but it is most definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in doing so. Sonya and Todd were excellent to work with. We came from KY looking for the perfect beach home in Freeport. She continued to share homes with us until she found the perfect one. Very understanding and knowledgeable to work with. Todd could answer any build questions we may have had and did his best to educate on the different builders in the area. They were overall just great people who cared about what we really wanted in a home and community. Would work with them again anytime!!

Sonya and Todd are awesome! When a decision needed to be made from myself, Sonya was on the same page as myself 99% of the time. She was always available for questions.
