The Trail Run hosted by Shaw's was an excellent challenging run. The milkweed please plant I received was a unique prize. Looking forward to the next run I attend.

Shaw Nature Reserve is one of my favorite places. Run by the Missouri Botanical Garden it has hiking trails to suit just about every skill level. There is also a wonderful children's area. I don't know that there is a best time to go there. Each season has it's own delights. They offer many educational opportunities for children through adults. There is an admission fee, but is reasonable.
A wonderful place to see native landscapes in all their glory. Awesome group of nature stewards run this Reserve.
Shaw has become a favorite hiking place for my wife and I, especially since the beauty changes from week to week. It is a great place to take photographs.
