Dr. Shaw was absolutely incredible and I can’t express how much she has helped me. I felt cared for and listened to the entire time! There was no wait time and every question or concern I had was analyzed with ample care. If you are ever in need of a wonderful doctor go see Dr. Shaw! I can’t recommend her enough!
Dr. Shaw, Dr. Melius, Peter and the office staff, and of course Sharon Phlebotomy are all wonderful. I have been seen on a moments notice if something urgent going on. Patrick is a top notch RT and can always be relied on to assist Doctors with breathing related issues. All staff are efficient and a pleasure to to deal with. The absolute worst Medical Services group in the area. Nurse Practitioner Shaw, the lead, (She’s not a full MD aka real doctor) is awful. Not very knowledgeable yet strongly opinionated and doesn’t listen. Questioning my prescriptions from real doctors and suggesting dubious alternatives. She has terrible follow through. She must not be communicative with her staff, because if you call for an update, they never know anything. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Just signed up as new patient. Very satisfied.
Very Concerned about mine and my husbands care. Whole office staff is friendly. Never a long wait for appointment.
