HORRIBLE!!!! I contacted Shaw in need of s kneeling scooter they ABSOLUTELY refused to help. I have MS and Seizures they were rude/nasty and even after my Insurance called them telling them it was covered just needed a Prior Auth they reused!!! Here they are suppose to help people....YEAH RIGHT.....
