Huge shout out to Ron who came all the way to Newmarket to my dentist to sit there for two hours and get my teeth the exact colour I wanted them, as these are my permanent teeth for life. he was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. He was in no rush and took all the time regardless of us going way over the time we planned for!
Following invisalign treatment, my dentist had my removable clear plastic retainers made by this Company. It's been less than 3 months now and the retainer is already splitting/cracking. My dentist advised they contacted the Company and they would not cover cost to replace/fix. I'm very disappointed and upset as the expectation is for these expensive equipment to last for much much longer! absolutely horrible experience. owned by private equity hedge corp. their lab work is hit or miss, occlusion always off and threated to take me to collections for a bill they did not correctly which was about 2 months behind in THEIR system. payments made yet they charged financing charges. My group consist of 5+ dentists and we all switched to a privately owned quality lab. stay away.

I don’t recommend this lab to anyone make sure you spend your money somewhere else, I was never satisfied, with my dentures, they ded everything wrong from the first time the first denture was a was a waist, the second one they put some cain of metal that doesn’t even fix in my mouth then they add some temporary rubber in the denture that taste horrible. I m so disappointed with the Cain of work they did, I well never go back there
