Horrible place for picking up loads my load was overweight I told them to fixed and they didn’t so I had to go backwards and forward for three times between scaling the load and coming back to the shipper.

Supposed to be drop and hook trailers not ready been waiting for 3 days now for this trailer to be ready they have been ignoring all calls loads supposed to be delivered 2,500 miles away and now have less than 48 hours to get the load there and it's still not ready
