Absolutely horrible service with the company. Shaw sent the wrong carpet color with a defect (but it was labeled as the correct color). We requested a replacement order that sat at the warehouse for over a week. I spoke to either Melonie or Melody and she was extremely rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. As soon as my retailer joined the call her attitude changed. Would not recommend to anyone
We had some Shaw flooring put in a year and a half ago and we asked the rep from Go Flooring about scratches because we have dogs prior to purchasing it. He said it shouldn't be a problem. We'll now they want to replace the Scratched pieces for $500. I will not purchase Shaw Flooring again. I would of thought it would've lasted at least 2 years. Very Disappointed!
The worker that signed my papers was very nice and allowed me to park overnight and that the gates will automatically open. Night Yard dog knocked on my door and said I had to leave. He has to lockup everything and if I leave my trailer and bobtailed to a truck stop, I have to comeback til 2 pm to get my trailer with a sarcastic smile.
