Kelvin was amazing. My wife needed 3 buckets of wood floor glue, but they were already closed. Kelvin saw her in the parking lot and stopped to ask what she needed. Going way above and beyond, he re-opened the location and spent over 20 minutes to turn everything back on and search and find her order. This allowed us to keep contractors working and avoid what would have been a multiple day delay. Incredible service. Unreasonable hospitality! Thanks Kelvin.
After hours (3 am) on a Sunday. They are closed. Super easy d&h. Carpet goes into docks 15-23 (whatever dock is available) and hard surface flooring goes in 23-30. Slide tandem all the way back, break seal open doors. Pick up an empty across from docks and leave. Put bills in mailbox next to door 28. Super simple.
Staff is very friendly. Loading and unloading is always prompt and you are in and out.
