Have been trying to get the paperwork on my new installation since April. Warranty/maintenance schedule but constantly get lied to. Again today. Going to send it immediately. 6:15pm still don't have it. Guess I'll pay them a visit in person tomorrow.
Never showed up and did not accept my calls
