On the phone you can be number 1 in the queue and still not get answered for 25 minutes. I have been in the doctors hearing the phone just keep ringing and instead of answering they have little conversations between themselves. 90% of the staff are very unwelcoming when you call in. Just rude. If you don’t enjoy your job don’t do it.
I am a high blood pressure and cholesterol patient and regularly taking medicine since 2010. I always ordered my prescription on time and this time also I ordered my prescription before 5 day and my prescription still hasn’t signed by the doctor. I am out of medicine from today and followed up from morning but still hasn’t prescribed by doctor. They should know what will happen the patient’s health if miss to take medicine in a daily base.
What a load of rubbish no option for no stars waited all morning for phone to be answered to be told who i needed to speak to goes home at 1 and it might happen tomorrow what a load of bull from the robot's behind the phones
