Truly awful and disgraceful service by the reception staff every time I’ve been in. I’ve been hung up on multiple times (the last had me wait 30 mins on hold before hanging up on me). Rhianna in particular was rude, unapologetic and doesn’t have the social skill set to handle a customer facing role. I’ll be leaving this practice immediately.
A good practice. Service can be delayed, but good doctors, and secretarial staff, polite and helpful. Doctors spend time trying to understand problems properly. Must be a hellishly difficult job. Many thanks for the excellent care.
Staff always fob you off. Terrible service. Never once had a smooth service, there is always excuses and delays for even the simplest thing. I spent an hour on phone queue, just to be told the line was bad, and to ring back. I've never once been able to get anything resolved over the phone. I've always had to physically go in. Even then, it takes months to get anywhere. Just don't bother. Totally useless.
My son has been diagnosed with the Zona virus at a private clinic. Ive been to see the doxtors at shaw heath and beamhall for 2 months they just been fobbing me off baby had excma giving one cream then another. Went to privire doctor as he was suffering too much skin was weeping blisters everywhere. As soon as peadritric saw him within 15 minhe said he has the Zona virus. When i googled what zona virus and looked at the images looked identical to what my son has. Absolute joke these guys at the clinic no idea whstsoever.
Just had to make a complaint for the first time EVER! I've been waiting MONTHS to get an appointment for plantar fasciitis, and finally had an appointment today, Thurs Sept 18th at 1.30pm. I thought it was at the Bramhall Health Centre close to the centre of Bramhall, and I got there for 1.30pm. Turns out it wasn't, so I have to double back to the very similarly-named Bramhall Park Medical Centre (your texts don't specify the address!) - which is twinned with Shaw Heath, get there for bang on 1.40pm, but I'm only on time to ... read more
