The worst customer service I've ever encountered. They NEVER answer the phone or return calls, you have to walk in the office if you need to contact them. We had a simple stair rail fabricated and installed - it is beautiful. They didn't come when they said they would and just showed up with no notice almost a week later. It took them close to three months to do the job after the initial deposit. Although the completed job is quite lovely, I would never recommend them because of their poor customer service.

Job well done. They came and measured, returned a couple of weeks later with the railing and installed. I had a small job and it turned out nice. I would recommend.

This has been a long time in coming, if I could have given negative stars I would have. I'm not going to go into the details of what was a simple small job - I-beam sand blasted and clear coated. I'm just going to give the highlight: Rude Two - faced Late - 4 multi week delays Nasty - told me to get out when I showed up on the due date and had the audacity to ask when he felt it may be ready. Terrible experience with this company. – Although everyone was very nice, they really did a number on my vehicle which was brought in for some welding projects. My fault for being talked in to letting them do things they had no experience doing, but here is an abbreviated list of what went wrong; they burned numerous holes thru to the outside of the vehicle while welding a floor panel, added body bushings incorrectly which I then had to completely re-do, burned thru the passenger side seatbelt rendering it useless, claimed t... read more
