Avoid this body shop at all costs! Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. It took them over three months to repair my vehicle, and even after that extended period, the work was incomplete and poorly done. The car was returned with multiple scratches, and the passenger door makes a strange noise when closed. Although getting a car repaired is a long process, I was treated very well by all at CARSTAR. They even fixed a misalignment on my front fender for free.
Mamager is a joke. He didn't want to warranty 3m on my bumper after they installed it he told me 3n they installed was magically not under warranty even tho they installed it I had to go to my own personal shop to get it done right the first time. Installers at this shop are not the best, especially once they suggest they were going to cut back my 3m instead of replace it because they couldn't get it to bond to the paint under the headlight I don't suggest coming here for 3m I can't say much about there other work but if the... read more
