Had to have my vehicle aligned twice and the advisor was trying to tell me some made up data about their alignment machine. Told him I used to work in the industry and he was still making stuff up. My vehicle still pulls to one side after the second alignement. Definitely a waste of time and money.
I had a great experience purchasing my SUV here. I knew what I was looking for, and Freedom was knowledgeable and eager to help every step of the way. Cheryl ensured the process went smoothly and made sure everything was set up before I drove my car home. Both were patient, attentive to detail, and always available when I needed them. Appreciated the excellent service!
I called this dealership to get my paint code, but my call was transferred multiple times to the service department and I still never received the information. Very unhelpful and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this dealership.
If you'd like to get ripped off, visit this dealership. And don't expect to hear from them again. Even the general manager ignores messages. Extremely unprofessional.
