I would be weary of working with Shaw Air. I am a small business owner (Bulletproof Equipment Rentals in Loganville). Richard Shaw rented equipment from us and in the process hit one of our employees cars in the parking lot. He at the time did not have insurance on his truck (though he presented an insurance card to our employee) so my employee is having make a claim on HIS insurance to get the car repaired. We had Shaw air install a new unit and he never came back !! we ask him to come out and check it and it was all lies ! Warning ! do not use this company !
Richard Shaw installed our unit and told us we had a warranty and now he refuses to respond back to us to address our issues. DO NOT USE HIM or his company for anything. They are very unreliable. Brenda D
