I had an appointment with the doctor at ten thirty, showed up they let me know they were charging a 35 dollar late fee . She then looked at her schedule and then stated it was her mistake she then proceeded to charge me 35 dollars for a no show in Feb, told me she couldn't move forward unless I paid the 35 , lol the appointment is way more than 35 dollars . Shavonne is professional, knowledgeable and her bedside manner is out of this world. The front staff are professional as well. The office is will well kept and very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and the youngest is 8 and we all are patients at Golden Days
