Since when did you start need an appointment for a walk in clinic. Was turned away at 3:45 told there were no available apointments. The point of a walk in clinic is just that. If I didnt love my doctor I would be out of there. You hire nothing but incompetent people at your call center.

I’m the only person in the parking lot at the clinic. Waited 20 minutes because they are all having a good time in the back. They have been laughing and carrying on the entire time that I waited. Not professional at all.
People are pleasant but you will should adjust your hours on Google...drove all the way there to get bloodwork to find hours are listed wrong
