I was with shaver properties for close to two years. Our landlord was the best landlord we have ever had. He was always there when we made a call, including midnight calls when we had a leak. If he couldn't be there that day he came the next morning and if he couldn't fix it he just replaced it. He made sure we weren't without anything for long if he could help it. I definitely recommend shaver properties if you are looking for a place to rent.
I have been renting from shaver properties for over a year; they have always done what they said they would do. The locations they offer are close to college, grocery stores, and anything else you might need. I believe you will find they will take care of you when it comes to needing an apartment or house, The Shavers have many new and renovated properties for rent, I would recommend them to anyone so if you coming back to start classes or just looking for a place to call home give them a call.
Next month makes a year that I will have rented from Jeremy and Allen and they are great. I hope people read all of the reviews before making a decision to do business with them in any way shape or form because in my experience they are amazing. Whether it is having my washer checked out or my air or just changing some light bulbs because the ceiling is 15 feet. They get it done.
