You have to pay out of pocket for the prescription upon pickup and then they send the reimbursement request after you've paid, knowing full well it won't be reimbursed. They hide behind the phrase, " I didn't guarantee it, I said it might" Pharmacists know enough about insurances and prescriptions to know what will and won't be covered and the odds.
