Almost three hours here with an “appointment”. Recommend sticking to appointment times.
I used to go here for a few years and never had any issues. Dr. Garcia was wonderful, good sense of humor and always treated my medical problems he was the first doctor to get my blood pressure under control. The main nurse don't know her name was very professional. As for other staff I never had any issues. I moved away and not able to continue to go here. Doctor Garcia is a great doctor. I give a five star.
Terrible front staff. I called asking if I could be a walk-in apt but the second someone answers I was on hold for 11 minutes. I hung up and called back and they picked up immediately and when I mentions I was waiting I got hit with the, “okayyyyy??” Like where is your professionalism? I told the lady my name DOB and if she could relay the message to the doctor. She said yes just after she helps this patient. They withhold information from you to keep you sick so you keep coming back. You find out what's really wrong with you at a hospital. Trash.
