I had a very disappointing experience at Shaver Lake Marina. The customer service was poor from the beginning, and the staff did not seem interested in addressing our concerns or making sure we had a good experience. The boat that was provided to my friends and I had issues and did not seem to be in the condition we expected for a rental, which caused unnecessary stress and took away from what was supposed to be a fun day on the lake.
