My wife received some sheets from Shavel, and unfortunately, the top sheet had a hole in it. I promptly contacted their customer service department, and they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a new set of sheets. I truly appreciate the excellent service they provided, and I will definitely be ordering from Shavel again in the future.
