Very good and very nice people
I had an appointment booked with a barber named Flako (or Alto) on July 25 at 7:13 PM for my son’s haircut. He told me to come back the next day at 11:30 AM. I arrived early at 11:25 AM, only for another barber, Johntan, to tell me, “He’s sleeping. He isn’t coming.” Are you serious? I drove 30 minutes from Dorchester just to be told that like it was no big deal. No phone call, no text, no cancellation, no apology just complete disrespect for my time.
