The haircut itself was good - no major complaints. My issue is that the experience is advertised as more of a VIP service, including shampoo and conditioner, a hot towel, a head massage, and a $5 student discount. I didn’t receive any of those, even though I specifically asked about the student special, so I was a little disappointed and confused.
