I’ve tried giving Jojo multiple chances, but it’s always the same problem — constant last-minute cancellations or showing up late. My time is valuable, and it’s frustrating to plan my day around an appointment only to have it changed or delayed at the last second. A good barber should respect both their craft and their clients’ schedules, and unfortunately, Jojo doesn’t seem to take either seriously. After waiting 45 min, I had to be told “by appointments only” No costumer service at all!
Good place to get cut up at. shout out to my Barbara Richard and everybody else up there. They all cut good hair
Really, really bad customer service. Visiting family and I love in a different state and I was told this place was good. Monday afternoon just after 1:30 pm, only one person waiting and I was told they could not handle a basic military haircut. Their hours say they are open until after 7 pm and I was told to come back tomorrow. Would not recommend this place. Find a mom and pop barber in your neighbor and forget this place.
