Terrible time management. I booked a 4:00 PM appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. After sitting there for 20 minutes past my scheduled time with no end in sight, I finally just got up and left. Total disrespect for clients' time. If you make an appointment, you expect it to be kept. Won't be back.
Not a place for Black people, treated me like my money wasn't green. Joel guy was nonchalant, dismissing me.
Omar was great. I came in with uneven hair and wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but he made the whole process super easy and comfortable. He gave me good suggestions, took his time, and really cleaned everything up perfectly. My haircut looks way more even and fresh now — I’m really happy with how it turned out. First time going to him, but I’ll definitely be back!
