Called to schedule an appointment after almost a year of being seen at this clinic and was quickly reminded why I needed to look elsewhere from the beginning. The receptionist handling incoming calls and scheduling has always been rude and short when answering the phone, almost like she's being inconvenienced by being asked to do her job. It's extremely off putting and set's the tone for the environment of the clinic as a whole
Never going here again. I had intense pain in my abdomen. Went to see this doctor with my husband because I wanted an ultrasound. We waited an hour after our appointment to be seen. Husband left for a work meeting and they finally came in after he left because they forgot I was in there until they saw him leave. Shaurin finally came in and I told him I have PCOS and extreme belly pain. He says "someone told you you have pcos". Then he tried to send me away without even a pelvic exam.
