I was quoted a price of $319 for a leaf clean up with the possibility of it being more if more time was needed. I was told that 2 hours is usually enough time. Then I was billed for more than twice that amount of time and given a bill of $566.50 dollars. I will never use this company again. They clearly misrepresented the amount of time they would need for the leaf clean up. Wife of the Business Owner never admits to their Company being in the wrong. Hired there Mowing and Trimming plus clean up services. Started off fine then switched mowers from 2 people to 1 without notifying me or my approval. Literally, over a 4-6 Period mowed grass down to bare dirt around edges of my yard parallel to the sidewalk instead of using a weed trimmer, when asking her why and if she knew denied at first then said it was done because they wanted the grass to grow back.
