Shaun was excellent in all regards - communication, expertise, friendly-demeanor, marketing, pricing... When we listed our house, there were already 6 houses on the market the neighborhood and no houses had sold in the past 6 months in that neighborhood. We sold and closed in less than 2 months! I have family moving to the area in the next year, and I have highly recommended Shaun to them.
Shaun was honestly amazing. We're first time buyers and he went the extra mile to help us through the process and get us a good deal. Beyond that he has helped tremendously in knowing various details about home ownership, maintenance and inspections.
