I was so afraid of the possibility of having an injection n my thumb. I shared with Dr that I prayed he would b an understanding n patient doc n he was all that. I told him I prayed for him, his office staff, his practice n his family. He was very kind told me the truth about the pain I would likely experience getting an injection n gave me options. I love this doctor so much! He makes sure that you're comfortable whatever procedure you have to have and I love his bedside manner. AAA+
Great experience with Dr Garff, and his staff.
Staff and doctor were welcoming, communicated and listened well. Explanation of condition and treatment options were clear. Improvement recommended would be communication between care staff in the clinic area and the front desk/appointments regarding future scheduling and actions was different between the 2 areas and left me somewhat confused about the actions I need to take or expect. Even though I asked for clarification at the front desk it is still not clear regarding next steps.
