Always the kindest, friendliest dentistry practice that I have had the pleasure of being a part of for the past decade. Their understanding and communications are superb, they never once gave me any hint of annoyances for my numerous cancellation/rescheduling. They are gentle during dental cleaning/care, offers non judgmental advices for any extra care needed, and offers efficient and clean examinations. All their staff are considerate and patient. I will always recommend them to anyone.
Staff was nice in office. They did give us information for financing that they don’t even use so that was weird. There was NO follow up. Biggest problem was that Dr. Lee showed ZERO compassion. He didn’t make us feel welcome at all. He does seem passionate about his line of work (which is great) just seemed like he had no empathy and he talked to my wife borderline disrespectful. So we went to another dentist that genuinely seems to care for the clients and the health.

"My recent visit to Shaun Lee Dental Office was a complete disappointment. Today, on October 9, 2023, I was unequivocally assured that my insurance would be billed directly, only to be handed a cash bill at the end of my appointment. This not only shattered my trust but also directly violated Washington State law, particularly RCW Section 48.43.735, which explicitly mandates price transparency in healthcare services.
