I called Dr. Carpenter on Tuesday, 1-30-24, Wednesday, 1-31-24, Thursday, 2-1-24 and Friday, 2-2-24 and Two Med Techs at Brookdale Retirement Home Where I Live Faxed a Message to Dr. Carpenter but Hannah, His Nurse, Told Me Friday, 2-2-24 That There was No Record that Dr. Carpenter Had Been Faxed but Ashley Said That Was a Lie Because Dr. Carpenter Had Faxed a Message Back to Ashley, the Med Tech!!! I can not say enough good things about Dr. Carpenter. Not only is he an outstanding physician and diagnostician, he is very personable and puts his patients at ease. I’ve been a patient of his since he first came to the Verona practice. In 40 years, I feel that he is one of the only physicians I’ve had that I felt truly cared about my health and overall well being, not just as a patient, but as a person.
