Doc pretended to be caring for 2 hours, we also drove 2 hours to see her hoping she was different. She ordered labs and was supposed to schedule an appt with a GI due to my mothers internal bleeding. She also said she would call if she saw anything in the blood work. SHE NEVER CALLED NOR RETURNED MY CALL !!!! My mother the next say was admited into the hospital amd needed a blood transfusion! Dr Melanie is an very caring smart dedicated doctor that spends a lot of time listening to ours questions and problems and I totally recommend her and her caring staff, what a nice place too !
