Everyone should be aware that the exterior has recently been re-painted. It currently looks nothing like these photos.
Very nice place. The condos everyone is goofing on actually look pretty cool in person.
Although I don't live there, I am a frequent visitor. It seems like a really safe, quiet place to live, close to transit, hospitals, parks, and downtown.
I'm sort of in the market for a condo, when I came across this place online. It looks like an old abandoned factory in Eastern Europe, with the neglected pond and horribly stained concrete - no thanks, for 1-3 million bucks, there's no way I'd want to live in what looks like a total dive.
