We needed to get some blinds for our house, and Shasta Window Fashions had exactly what we were looking for. Kristen came to our house to take measurements, and with samples so we could get the right color. Production time for the blinds took a couple weeks, but once they came in, installation was quick and professional. I love the lifetime warranty offered by the manufacturer! Before coming to Shasta Window Fashions I spent so much time looking online at different blinds options. I felt clueless and overwhelmed with too many choices. SWF had a showroom of choices and Kristen helped explain the options—it was enjoyable and effortless! She was timely, responsive and kind to work with.
