Good prices solid service
After shopping all over the Redding area for a hot tub for our family of 5, we made our way to Shasta Spas and BBQ. Both of the owners were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and they took their time helping us find a spa that would best fit our family. All of the products are quality in their shop. Delivery and installation was fast and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend this company when looking for a spa for your home!
We bought a hot tub here in 2018 and had a great experience. So much so that we came back in 2023 and bought another one because we sold the old home and the new owners wanted to keep the old tub. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend.
They have been great. Sales, delivery, setup, and their service goes above and beyond. I needed an unusual part, and the owner called and custom ordered it, and it arrived in a couple days. I've had a spa for 4 years and it still runs perfectly. This is definitely a place you can trust.
I had been looking for a 4 person spa for months. I happed by Shasta Spas & BBQ's and went in to see what they could offer. Theresa met me with a smile and happy to answer my questions. After my numerous questions, Theresa recommended the Eco E4 spa. I ordered the spa in June and it arrived in July. We picked up the spa at the warehouse and the crew there was very helpful in loading the spa on my trailer. I installed the spa, filled with water and hooked up to 120v.
