Great people to talk to ,an they take care of business
My husband and I purchased our hot tub through them, and it was delivered June 5th. We had a couple minor issues that need to be addressed in the first couple weeks, so I contacted the office. They were VERY prompt at sending their maintenance tech, Jesse, to our house for a repair. He even came on his day off! Easy fix, repairs done and on his way he went. Good prices solid service
After shopping all over the Redding area for a hot tub for our family of 5, we made our way to Shasta Spas and BBQ. Both of the owners were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and they took their time helping us find a spa that would best fit our family. All of the products are quality in their shop. Delivery and installation was fast and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend this company when looking for a spa for your home!
We bought a hot tub here in 2018 and had a great experience. So much so that we came back in 2023 and bought another one because we sold the old home and the new owners wanted to keep the old tub. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend.
