Dr. Yim was great but whoever took this place over since is so disappointing. I’ve been calling for literally weeks now trying to get a response about if they can find my impressions so I can get a retainer since mine is breaking. I paid a lot of money for my orthodontic care and the fact that they couldn’t be bothered to call me back to make sure that my teeth don’t move by getting me a retainer is absolutely ludicrous and I’m actually in disbelief. I left a message 3 times to make an appointment and they haven't called me back. I went to their location twice and no one was there. At this point I don't even k ow if they are open. Don't recommend this place if you need dental care in a timely manner.
I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Tang is HORRIBLE. I went in for braces and he was super awkward, unemotional and uninterested in what he was doing and and how he was treating me as a paying client. I paid $300 cash to have my smile photos taken, x-rays and a mold made for the braces work and then I made an appointment for a Sunday morning to have the braces put on.
