We started seeing rust coming through the plaster after about 4 years of owning this pool. We have also had to replace the pool pump twice. Would not recommend Shasta pools

They are never on time for service. They give you a time frame and show up about two hours later if they show up. They gave me 3-5 pm on Monday 1/13/20 and show up at 6:45 pm to replace a cracked valve lid. Today 1/15/20 they were to come and clean my filters. They told me between 2 and 4 pm. They called me at 3:50 pm and said they cannot come and they need to reschedule? customer service sucks, workmanship is bad and they hold your project hostage making you pay even before they schedule the work. then when you do get on the calendar, they show up with not enough guys and cancel only to have to reschedule. They suck but we are stuck with them

Great customer service All of the people i have worked with at Shasta have been extremely helpful, courteous, and personable. They have been extremely generous and helpful and have gone above and beyond what is expected. Mike, my design consultant, did so many extra things and has made me feel much more confident as a pool owner. I am very grateful for his professionalism and friendliness.Excellent PR and customer satisfaction. I would recommend Shasta to anyone.

Horrible experience – It took nearly 6 months to get my pool built. Shasta did not meet any of the expected dates they set for themselves. From the initial dig to the finish work; poor follow-up, poor execution and no urgency in getting issues resolved. Towards the end, it took daily phone calls from me to get the pool finished.
