Great planning experience but that’s it, so many things went wrong, I chose shasta for their years in the business but i regret it. I caught a lot of errors even though there were plans and project managers, my pool light only works for 1/3 of the pool. The companies they use for excavation are corrupt and fabricated a “ difficult dig” and had to pay $8000 out of pocket on top of the $65,000 i paid to shasta. We had our pool refurbished early this year. 2 hand holds have come off since, no big deal it's still under warranty. The first call took place May 12 then May 13, then several calls since. We have talked a few times, each time we talked they were "reaching out to the tile people". It's August 29th still not fixed. I recommend you use a company that employs the workers. "Gabriel and Sons" or "We fix ugly pools" were our other options when we decided to go with Shasta. We went with Shasta thinking they were more established, ... read more
I don't mind that you're comparing is training but my wife and I pay per month to have our pool cleaned. All they did was do the chemicals that's it. I'm having to clean my pool tonight. I'm sorry but we pay for a service monthly. Our account is under my Christine Thompson. When I got home tonight I was disappointed.
Vincent is an amazing, positive individual!!. Always goes above and beyond to listen, inform and help his customer! Great customer service!
