I agree with both reviewers – I'm a customer of Shasta and I have first hand experiences that enable me to identify with both of the previous reviewers. We have an excellent driver, we get great service. We've had bad drivers and a combination of bad drivers and uncaring office staff makes it really hard to get any service from that company. They have one person in the office (Dottie) who is a great asset to Shasta. If you get her you'll get treated professionally and she'll do everything possible to help you out. Life Saving Driver – On July 25, 2008 I was on the corner of 19th and L trying to cross the street. Everyone was so rude. I am 85 years old and can't move fast. I was stuck in the middle of the street. A Shasta Linen driver stopped in the cross walk and yelled at people to look out and stop. He jumped out of his truck and assisted me to the other side. Rude Driver at Shasta Linen Supply – On July 25, I was on the corner of 19th and L and one of the company drivers (25) who was stopped at the stoplight and who also had the crosswalk completely covered was very rude. When I commented that he was blocking the crosswalk he said "SO WHAT". A business is only as good as the employees they employ, so I wouldn't count on "Good Customer Service"
