I loved living at Shasta Lane! I lived there for 2 years and I miss it so much! The location is the best, very quiet and the 1 bedroom apartment was so perfect for my fiancé and I. The pool was great and the manager and maintenance was awesome as well. We loved being so close to shopping, food and the hiking trails! I would most definitely recommend to live here. We never had any problems there and I would rent again if we still lived in California! Thanks Shasta!

NOT smoke free. Management does nothing. I don't even have the right to breathe clean air in my own home. Complaining for years and nothing has been done besides one person moved to smoking in the parking lot below my window instead of in his balcony beneath me. I am surrounded by smokers who blatantly ignore the no smoking policy and enforcement is never made. If it weren't for that I would love it here. It's quiet, safe and beautiful but expensive.
