The team is amazing, office is clean, kid friendly and Dr. Andy happens to be the only Board Certified Pediatric Dentist in Redding and surrounding areas. Only place I trust with my kids dental care :)
My daughter with autism had a routine dental exam with Dr. Andy Ingersoll at Shasta Kids Dentistry. Dr. Andy Ingersoll and the staff showed professionalism, empathy and excellent communication skills. The dental assistant displayed progressive methods in autism friendly care. I recommend Dr. Andy Ingersoll and the staff for parents in need of a dentist for their special needs child.
I was refered to bring my son here for an extraction and i was terrified as a mama, but the second I walked through the doors, I was at ease! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, toys in the waiting room, kids laughing, and the staff is so informative and sweet! Dr. Andy was so careful not to scare my son and explained everything to myself and my son! Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had at the dentist! Even with my son getting an extraction, he wants to go back!
