I have used Shasta Garage Doors several times in the pastand have been extremely happy with their service, friendliness, and responsiveness. Most recently Alex came out yesterday to diagnose and subsequently replace my 25 year old garage door opener. He was courteous, helpful, offered excellent explanations (you can tell his expertise in the subject) and quickly and efficiently replaced my opener. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, especially given the quality of the work and the parts. Would definitely use again.

Error code defect which I wasn't able to fix. Called for service and had an appointment the next day. Alex was able to and tune-up and fix my door. Very much brought peace of mind.

Alex from Shasta Door was awesome. He called prior to our appointment. He was an extremely nice you man who is courteous and respectful..He was able to diagnose and fix our garage door issue within an hour. We will calm again if we need service and ask fir Alex. He is truly amazing and a real pleasure to work with.
