YES! I would refer you to family members and friends, in the doctors department but NOT the dental department because I was not called for a follow up appointment plus this is the 2nd time I had problems with the dental at Shasta Community Health Center in Shasta Lake,!! Larissa is my PA & I love her being my PA, she's very good & excellent plus takes time out to answer my questions & has always had time for me so that being the case then I realize the she has time for others too, she always knows what is going on with me & ... read more
Every time I go in to see my provider I am always greeted very welcoming. They recognize me and are always kind and helpful. My provider and nurse and their aids always address all my questions and needs fully. They jump right on any problems that arise and get to the root of it. They expedite what is needed and run with it.
Larissa n nurses r great! However the receptionists r unwelcoming n rude. It's like they hate their jobs n it shows. Terrible
