I purchased a pair of Thorogood 6" moc work boots about a month ago, and out of the box one never really felt right. As it broke in, it began to get more painful instead of less. I brought the boots back to discuss options and they managed to insert a shim in the heel that has completely corrected my foot pain, and turned it around in only a few days time! Shasta Boot Company did a great job of resoling and balancing two pairs of Goodyear welted boots. They went above and beyond the repairs I requested. I highly recommend them for boot and shoe resoling.
