What the actual hell. Called to order in feb. the guys was clearly untrained, had to call back twice to get them ordered. Called to check on the delay four months later, was told they’re backlogged due to a gov ordered redwing was trying to fulfill. Fine but why am I the one calling you long after you said they’d be in. Finally in July I called to called to cancel the order. The guy took no info from me at all, just said sure. Aug now, no refund. Called today. The orders been there since June. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve had any worse. Customer service. I ordered these redwing boots in December. Granted their back order apparently redwing got some sort of government order that they had to take first, but still the store hasn’t called the update. Me hasn’t done anything hasn’t bothered to do anything and when I call they act like I am ridiculous or something. Totally Short bad manners don’t call back just whatever for the price someone’s gonna pay for that you would think.

I purchased a pair of Thorogood 6" moc work boots about a month ago, and out of the box one never really felt right. As it broke in, it began to get more painful instead of less. I brought the boots back to discuss options and they managed to insert a shim in the heel that has completely corrected my foot pain, and turned it around in only a few days time!
