Bad irrigation of Los Nogales park area, lawn is dry in several sectors. Mailbox area unpainted looks very deteriorated and old
Do not recommend for living!! For the past few years this area has been decaying exponentially. The association no longer provides proper maintenance to the green areas, it's looks ugly and dangerous often times. If you are scared of snakes, this is not the place for you. These areas are full of them, especially when unkept (which is most of the time). Los Milagros neighborhood is a prime example of how unkept the area is. Hace 17 años le hubiera dado más de 5 estrellas pero el día de hoy le doy solo una. Ya nadie pone atención en los jardines, las personas que se encargan de cortar el zacate no están haciendo su trabajo. Ya no vengan a vivir a esta área porque solo quedó el nombre ya no es nada como era antes!!!!! Y si hablas a la oficina no ponen atención!!!!!
Pool is great, staff very efficient in helping our family get pool cards. Pool was not overly crowded love my neighborhood
