All the staff here are very polite, courteous & informative. I was treated by Dr Michael Jones who is also very informative giving all the options of my treatment. At no point in my three hour appointment did I feel any discomfort & was informed all the time of where we were at during the procedure.

I have been with this practice for many years and travel from the north side of the city. I am nervous of the dentist but they always make me feel at ease. I am elderly and do have some health problems, including positional vertigo, which is taken into consideration. The proposed dental treatment is always explained to me in full, which is reassuring.
