It was one of the worst experiences I ever had.First of all, they pulled a permit prior to giving me an estimate or them having my OK to start the job. Once they had the permit I was stuck with them so I thought. It was like pulling teeth to get them to give me an itemized bill for what they were charging me for. They assured me they would pass inspection. They had the inspector come out for a courtesy call where the inspector gave him an itemized verbal list of what had to be done.
