I do not recommend this company. The customer service has gone down and the value is not there anymore. This used to be a great system but the cost to use it does not justify the service and features you receive. Also, when I asked to cancel the subscription, I was told I would be billed 2 more months! One month in “arrears” for my subscription and another because they require a 30 day notice. But they plan to bill me for a 40 day notice (I cancelled well before the start of a new month) and are not following their own polic... read more

Run, don't walk away from SharpSpring. Not intuitive at all. Had to hire former SharpSpring employees as consultants just to get the program working for our clients. And their billing practices are horrific. You have to pay them for your "free" agency account and then they pay you your own money back.
