Do not buy here. I bought a 2018 **** Escape from Sharps. Although the salesman was very nice the car has broken down 8 times in the 90 days Ive owned it. It has left me stranded on one dark road alone and twice on the interstate. The first time they were nice and came and got it and seemed concern. They told me the next day they fixed it and replace the coil pack and thermostat. I learned during a later breakdown they did not replace the thermostat. Ms. ******* did buy a **************************************** ****** put over 1800 miles on her car before any issues started. We indeed drove 40 miles away from here to tow her vehicle. We absolutely did replace the thermostat and even put old one inside the vehicle. We do this with every customer to prove that the part was replaced. Ms. ****** decided to take her vehicle to a **** dealership when she had another issue. That was her choice and we are no longer involved.
